Strategi Pemerintah Kota Batu dalam Transformasi Informasi terkait Covid-19 (Studi: Diskominfo Kota Batu)

This study is intended to describe how the pattern of the strategies undertaken by the Government of Batu City, especially DISKOMINFO in transforming information related to Covid-19 in the Batu City. The fundamental objectives of the study which deals with how the strategy adopted by DISKOMINFO of Batu City in visualizing information related to Covid-19 to the people of the Batu City as well as what are the constraints found in the implementation of the strategy. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. Source of primary data obtained through interviews directly with the relevant stakeholders. The next data is processed through data collection, data analysis, and the withdrawal of the conclusion. The results of research initiated indicates that there are several patterns strategies run by DISKOMINFO of Batu City in transforming information related to Covid-19. As for the strategy of harmonization of the pattern of communication between stakeholders, dissemination of information Covid-19 in the massif and innovative use of media affiliate. As for the constraints in the implementation of such a strategy is the existence of diskoordinasi between the Organization of the Region and also the limitations of socialization which is too dominant use of social media platforms only. A wide variety of initiation strategy penginformasian basically has an important role related to education information Covid-19 the people of the Batu City, only to optimize the various patterns of the necessary evaluation and improvement of some of the principal problems were found so DISKOMINFO of Batu City can is better in performing the role of his job as a transformer the information Covid-19 in the Batu City.
