Upaya Penanganan Covid-19 di Kota Padang Melalui Konsep Kolaborasi

This article discusses how stakeholders are concerned with handling covid-19 in the city of Padang through the concept of collaboration. One of the methods used is the pentahelix collaboration model, in which the actors involved come from various backgrounds. Some of them include the government, academics, the private sector, the mass media and the public. So that by involving various actors working together and collaborating, it is hoped that this pandemic problem can be resolved quickly and optimally in terms of handling. In writing this article the researcher used a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive analysis method. Then for the research data collection method is to collect literature studies through books, journal articles, newspapers, online news, and related institution websites. Collaborative or collaboration according to Ansell and Gash is defined as a government governance arrangement in which one or more public actors / agencies directly involve non-government actors in a formal, consensus, and consultative policy-making process.
