Implementasi Kebijakan Perpustakaan Desa Manuk Ponorogo

This study aims to find out how the implementation of national standard regulations for the implementation of village libraries in the village of Manuk Ponorogo. The theory used as an analytical tool is to use the implementation theory of Syahruddin which states that the impact of an implementation is created by several indications, namely the results of the business that are realized in concrete and tangible forms, such as the achievement of an implementation program. Thus, the implementation process is a stage in the implementation of policies or regulations that are oriented towards the final result of a policy and theory. As for this research, the method used is a qualitative research method, namely describing through words, the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of research in the field, it can be concluded that the village library collection includes the type of collection and up-to-date collection, the number of collections, processing and maintenance of library collections as well as the borrowing and procurement system of library materials, the implementation process, the monitoring process, the reporting process and the budgeting process are in accordance with the Regulation of the Head of the National Library of Indonesia.
