Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Dalam Pembelajaran Berbasis Daring di Tengah Pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, every element of the community was askedto be able to adjust their activities by paying attention to the principles of physical distancing. Responding to this, the Government then made a policy on Large-Scale Social Restrictions, one of the implications is that both parties from government and non-governmentelementsareobligedtoworkfromhome.Nevertheless,thegovernment administration process must be ensured to continue to run effectively and optimally so thatthepublicservicesprovidedremainofhighquality.Thisstudyaimstoexaminethe literatureone-learningaspartoftheimplementationofe-governmentthatcanprovide quality services during a COVID-19 pandemic situation. This study uses a qualitative approachtothetypeofliteraturestudyresearch.Incollectingresearchdata,researchers utilize some literature both literature research and field research, which are primary or secondary. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of e-government is not only done in the realm of government but can also be applied in Higher Education, namely by the application of e-learning in the process of teaching andlearningactivities.Ofcourse,ifthise-governmentpracticecanworkwell,thenthe stakeholders in Higher Education can also feel a great benefit so that it can have an impact on improving the quality of public services in the field of Education. This research can be concluded that online learning as part of the implementation of e- government can make a positive contribution in the process of teaching and learning activities, and become a relevant medium for creating optimal service quality to students.
