Eksistensi Transformasi Digital Pelayanan Publik Di Masa Pandemi

The Covid-19 pandemic is still ongoing, changes in lifestyle and habit patterns seem to have become a natural thing for the community. This includes new innovations in the process of education, economy and public services. All state and private institutions have led to digital transformation. As a form of new innovation during this pandemic, digital transformation is really needed so that the teaching and learning process, social and economic problems do not experience obstacles. Public Service in this pandemic period must continue to run, but in this pandemic era, this has prompted government institutions to creating digital innovations in the form of web, applications and other platforms that concern the interests of society.
