Collaborative Governance dalam Pengembangan Bumdes di Desa Girimoyo Kecamatan Karangploso Kabupaten Malang

BUMDes (Village Owned Enterprises) as one of the village's original revenues that can be implemented by the Village Government and the Community to create a strong and independent Village economy as a form of efforts to develop village potential. Therefore, the Girimoyo Village Government made efforts to develop BUMDes in Girimoyo Village through Collaborative Governance with the people of Girimoyo Village. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze collaborative governance in the development of BUMDes in Girimoyo Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the Collaborative Governance process carried out by the Girimoyo Village Government and the village community through several indicators such as collaborating through formal (musrenbangdes) and non-formal (direct coordination) meeting stages, the stage of building trust by not making lease fees for the Pujasera Area of Girimoyo Village, stages commitment to the process marked by a sustainable development plan, the stages of sharing understanding to develop BUMDes in Girimoyo Village through discussions and joint deliberations, and the stages of obtaining medium-term results by achieving community economic growth, and improving infrastructure.
